At AYURAGLOW, every order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, sales, or due to courier delays.
• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Returns are accepted only if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is missing from your order.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

• Send a replacement product, or
• Issue a refund to your original payment method, where applicable.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
